As a secondary school English teacher, I have background in education and safeguarding, but have always wanted to learn more about Early Years and the journey through to primary. My Son started at Ladybird Nursery when he was around 18 months old and we have been overjoyed at his progress and how wonderful the staff have been. He is really thriving! So, when the opportunity arose for me to join the board of trustees, I jumped at the chance to support this lovely setting.

I have lived in Sheringham for 10 years but have had various jobs and connections to the town since I was 15 years old. I have supported Sheringham Carnival, the Little Theatre and now I work at the local High School. I am a keen runner, having completed marathons, obstacle course races and even a 24 hour ultra!

As part of my role on the fundraising team for Ladybird, I look forward to planning and supporting with a range of events, working with parents and the local community to raise vital funds to support the wonderful work they do with my little boy and so many other children.
