There is no reduction of fees when children are on holiday or away sick as we will hold the place for the child during their absence. Fees due during long term illness or absence will be at the discretion of the Nursery Manager.
Payment of Nursery fees:
Fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment may be made by BACS, cheque payable to Ladybird Pre School Nursery or in cash. If another payment schedule is needed, please discuss this with the Nursery Manager.
If the payment of fees is outstanding for more than 14 days then the Nursery may serve 14 days notice in writing to terminate this contract. On termination the child will cease to be admitted to the Nursery.
The Fee Structure is reviewed automatically but not exclusively in August every year.
The Nursery will give a month notice of any changes to the fee structure.
After an offer of a place has been made by the Nursery, the parent has 14 days in which to accept the offer in writing. After that time the Nursery may exercise its right to offer the place to another child on the waiting list.
The Nursery requires a month’s written notice of withdrawal of a child attending the Nursery. In the event of the parent/guardian giving notice of withdrawal of the child and immediately withdrawing that child, one month’s fees will be due in lieu of notice.
In extreme cases the Nursery reserves the right to terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if a parent, carer or child displays inappropriate behaviour e.g. abusive or threatening behaviour; or for any other reasonable cause.
Liability: The Nursery accepts no liability for any losses suffered by parents/guardians arising directly or indirectly as a result of the Nursery being temporarily closed or the non-admittance of your child to the Nursery for any reason. We accept no responsibility for children whilst in their parent’s/guardian’s care on Nursery premises.
